Product Imagery & Representations

Vexxels uses a combination of studio photography and AI-generated or AI-enhanced imagery to present our products online. While every effort is made to ensure that AI-assisted images accurately reflect the true colour, texture, fit, and detail of the actual garment, minor variations may occur due to screen display settings, lighting, rendering, or the limitations of AI image generation.

Where an image has been generated or substantially altered using AI, Vexxels will make reasonable efforts to disclose this. Vexxels is not liable for minor discrepancies between AI-assisted product imagery and the physical item received, provided the item substantially matches its written description. If a received item differs materially from its listing due to an imagery error, it will be treated as a defective item under our Return Policy.
